Regrettably I over filled the cupcake liners so they baked up and over the pan leaving a mess, edible, but not presentable....luckily I discovered only one muffin pan so I used the remaining batter to make an 8" cake but was so tired I didn't make the frosting or decorate the next night, and ultimately bought an ice cream cake I put some of the sprinkles on. Then I looked up cake truffles and still have the crumbs to make them, bought the little paper cups...but now it is nearly a week later and the crumbs are no longer fresh....so it may be a total loss...but the sprinkles were very cute and hopefully will be in good shape for the next celebration...Dad's 105th...although, lesson learned, I may leave the baking to the pros and take the pressure off me:-)
