How To

Using Easy Candy™ is as easy as 1-2-3!

1. HEAT: Microwave the Easy Candy™ bag for 20-30 seconds at 50% power. Remove and knead the bag for 10 seconds to distribute the heat. Repeat until the chips are warm and melted but not hot.

2. CUT: Cut the tip of the bag to the desired opening size. If you want to drizzle, cut a smaller hole. If you want to pour, cut a larger hole.

3. DECORATE: Drizzle onto fruit or other treats, Pour directly into silicone molds to create candy shells, or into a bowl for dipping cookies and strawberries.

What is Easy Candy™?

Easy Candy™ is a bag of confectionery coating chips that you melt in order to make the shells of cakesicles, coat cake pops, and use as a sweet, creamy coating for dipped strawberries, pretzels, cookies, and other goodies.

Did Your Easy Candy Arrive Melted?

That’s ok, darling! Easy Candy™ may melt on its way to you during warmer seasons. It’s designed to melt quickly. Not to worry, it won’t change the quality of the product at all. Follow the directions on the back to yield the same results.

How is Easy Candy™ different from chocolate?

Easy Candy™ chips are different from chocolate chips in that they’re not chocolate at all. Lots of bakers prefer candy chips to white chocolate because they’re less fragile, easier to work with, and more consistent than chocolate. They also don’t have an overwhelming chocolatey flavor that can sometimes compete with the flavor of whatever you’re coating.

What does Easy Candy™ taste like?

Easy Candy™ has a sweet, creamy, clean vanilla flavor that is similar to vanilla frosting. It has the same texture as chocolate, except no chocolate flavor. It’s delightful!
