Melting Candy is a bag of confectionery coating chips that you melt in order to make the shells of cakesicles, coat cake pops, and use as a sweet, creamy coating for dipped strawberries, pretzels, cookies, and other goodies.

Melting Candy chips are different from chocolate chips in that they’re not chocolate at all. Lots of bakers prefer candy chips to white chocolate because they’re less fragile, easier to work with, and more consistent than chocolate. They also don’t have an overwhelming chocolatey flavor that can sometimes compete with the flavor of whatever you’re coating.
Melting Candy™ has a sweet, creamy, clean vanilla flavor that is similar to vanilla frosting. It has the same texture as chocolate, except no chocolate flavor. It’s delightful!
