Yes! We are accepting orders and shipping internationally for items we have in stock. We’d recommend ordering to addresses that you know you’ll be able to access, such as your home, as opposed to business addresses that may have restricted access due to state and local mandates. Please note - orders may be delayed in being fulfilled and shipped due to new safety guidelines we have put into place in our warehouse.

Unworn, unwashed apparel, in its original form of packaging, may be sent back for an exchange only.

ORIGINAL SPRINKLE BLENDS FAQ's
HOW LONG DO THE SPRINKLES LAST?
Fancy Sprinkles taste the best 4-6 months after you receive them. Once opened, we recommend they be consumed within a month for best taste. Factors such as heat and sunlight can effect color or taste of all edible products. Store them in a cool, dark, low-moisture place to retain freshness. Edible glitters and Prism Powder will last for a year or longer.
WHY DOESN'T MY JAR OF SPRINKLES WEIGH EXACTLY 4 OR 8 OUNCES?
Because our sprinkles are all different weights, we use the volume measurement of our 4 & 8 oz jars as a guideline. Jimmies are lighter than sixlets, and rock sugar is heavier than confetti stars. No matter what the mix, we fill the jars to the brim. In some cases, it will be lighter than 4 or 8 oz and in some cases, a bit heavier.
ARE THE BALLS IN THE SPRINKLES TOO HARD TO EAT?
Our smaller "balls" are candy beads, and they crunch about as hard as a sweet tart. The larger "balls" are chocolate sixlets and are soft.
DO THE SPRINKLES ACTUALLY TASTE GOOD?
YES! Our sprinkles are delicious. Our jimmies are crunchy, so if you like crunchy, you'll love our sprinkles!
ARE YOUR SPRINKLES KOSHER?
Due to the way we blend our sprinkles, they are not kosher or halal certified.
DO YOUR SPRINKLES CONTAIN NUTS, GLUTEN, SOY, OR EGGS?
All of our sprinkles are gluten free (minus the metallic decorations line) & nut free, but not certified gluten or allergen free. Our sprinkles are produced in a facility that also manufactures products with gluten, nuts, eggs, etc. There is always a risk of cross contamination. You can see a full list of all the ingredients on each product page.

WHAT IS PRISM POWDER?
Our Prism Powder is edible glitter!! It’s food grade and 100% FDA approved!!
ARE THEY VEGAN/GLUTEN FREE/KOSHER/HALAL?
They are all of those things!
IS IT SAFE TO EAT?
Most definitely!! Ingredients: Mica-Based Pearlescent Pigment, Dextrose, Rice Protein, FD&C Artificial Food Coloring.
IS YOUR MICA ETHICALLY SCOURED?
Yes! We’re very proud to say it is!!
WHAT IS THE SERVING SIZE FOR PRISM POWDER AND LUSTER DUST?
Each 4g jar yields 18-20 5oz drinks (ie, 5oz is the common cocktail drink size). Here is an estimate:
20 drinks x 5oz = 100 oz
100 oz x .04g/ per drink = 4g (ie, 1x 4 gram jar)

Due to current measures to protect our fulfillment center employees, please expect delays in processing and delivering your order. Orders are generally processed in 1-5 business days. Larger orders may take an additional day or two.
DO YOU STILL OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes, we do! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on weight, size and destination. Fancy Sprinkles is not responsible for fees incurred by taxes, customs and/or duties. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
DO YOU SHIP ORDER TO TO THE UK & EU? IF SO, HOW WILL ORDERS BE SHIPPED?
Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.
HOW DO YOU QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?
Free shipping is available to all orders over $75 within the continental US with the exception of bulk bags. Please note, your cart's subtotal must equal $75 after any sale or promotion and does not include tax or shipping. All bulk bags do not qualify for free shipping.
DIDN'T RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE ON TIME?
While we do our best to process orders quickly, we rely on our shipping partners to get it to you on time. At this time, we cannot offer overnight or 2-day shipping. All delivery dates are approximate when placing an order.
YOUR PACKAGE WAS LOST?
It doesn’t happen often, but if your package is lost or the tracking is not working, please send us an email. Unfortunately, we are not able to replace orders that are lost or stolen.

WHAT IS THE FANCY SPRINKLES WHOLESALE PROGRAM?
Our wholesale program is eligible to any businesses with a state-issued reseller licenses that permits you to resell products from your store. We do not allow wholesalers to resell our products online in the U.S.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE FANCY SPRINKLES WHOLESALE PROGRAM?
Our wholesale program offers 50% off all of our full price 4oz & 8oz jars. Excluded: everything else we sell (e.g. bulk bags, Prism Powders, Toppers, Kits, Tools, Merch, etc…)
ARE BULK BAGS INCLUDED IN THE WHOLESALE PROGRAM?
They aren’t! Our bulk bags already provide substantial savings vs. our jars.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ON WHOLESALE ORDERS?
There is a minimum cart value of $1,000 USD before activating 50% off your order. Shipping is not free for wholesale or bulk orders.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping costs are determined by weight and destination/s and must be paid in full before shipment. If you aren't automatically charged shipping when you place your order, we'll contact you to identify your preferred shipping method and arrange payment. Free shipping is not provided.
CAN I REPACKAGE THE SPRINKLES I ORDER WITH MY OWN JAR/BRANDING?
We do not sell any products to individuals or businesses who wish too repackage our sprinkles or mix their own blends to sell under a different name.
CAN I GET A CUSTOM BLEND MADE?
Of course! There is a $200 non-refundable, one-time fee for the R&D of 3 samples of your unique blend! MOQ of custom blends is 50 pounds.
WHAT'S THE TURN AROUND TIME FOR CUSTOM BLENDS?
Generally, 4-6 weeks from the start of R&D to receiving final product.
CAN I BECOME A WHOLESALER IF I'M NOT IN THE U.S.?
Yes!! We need your country issued reseller licenses that permits you to resell product. If you order Fancy Sprinkles products to be shipped outside of the U.S., or you have them shipped to a U.S. address but then forwarded onward to an international destination, you agree that you and you alone are responsible for securing any government permissions, licenses, or approvals to import and resell such products in your country. Fancy Sprinkles does not do so.
Subscription Box Policy. Cancel your subscription any time by sending us an email. We cannot cancel your box once you’ve been charged for it (remember, we process orders really quickly).
All sales are final. Due to food safety issues, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We seek to offer the highest quality products. If your item is defective, please e-mail Info@fancysprinkles.com and we will quickly remedy the issue.
Disclaimer. Some of our Deluxe Blends contain candies, sugar pearls, candy beads, etc. that may be too hard for young children to chew. Please be careful when distributing these items to kids. Some of our products contain small, round, pieces that present choking hazards to small children. Please keep your jars stored high, safe, and away from babies and toddlers.
