For the continued safety and well-being of our employees and customers, we have made a few changes to our shipping policies. As we continue to follow guidance from health and government authorities, our policies may change.
Are we still open and accepting orders?
Yes! We’re currently still able to accept orders and ship internationally for items we have in stock. We’d recommend ordering to addresses that you know you’ll be able to access, such as your home, as opposed to business addresses that may have restricted access due to state and local mandates.
Are we experiencing any shipping delays?
Please be aware we’ve temporarily extended our delivery timeframes. The extended timeframes will be reflected in the estimated delivery date in your order's shipment email.
When will your order arrive?
Depending on the shipping method you choose during checkout, domestic orders will arrive between 1 - 8 business days with international up to 10 business days. Orders are processed Monday, Wednesday and Friday (excluding holidays). All orders placed by 9 AM PST on those days will be fulfilled and shipped, the same day.
How do you qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping is available to all orders over $75 within the continental US with the exception of bulk bags. Please note, your cart's subtotal must equal $75 after any sale or promotion and does not include tax or shipping. All bulk bags do not qualify for free shipping.
Do you still offer International Shipping?
Yes, we do. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on weight, size and destination. Fancy Sprinkles is not responsible for fees incurred by customs and/or duties.
Where will your order ship from?
Our very own Fancy Sprinkles® facility in Los Angeles, California.
Didn't receive your package on time?
While we do our best to process orders quickly, we rely on our shipping partners to get it to you on time. At this time, we cannot offer overnight or 2-day shipping. All delivery dates are approximate when placing an order.
Your package was lost?
It doesn’t happen often, but if your package is lost or the tracking please send us an email. We are not able to replace orders that are lost or stolen.
Want to cancel or make changes to your order?
We pride ourselves on shipping orders out as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or edit your order, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll try our best to help. Unfortunately, after you place an order, we cannot guarantee we will be able to make changes before fulfillment, but will certainly try our best.
Do we accept returns?
Due to food safety regulations and guidance from health authorities, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final upon shipping.
