WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders take 1-3 business days to process during regular season. During holiday seasons such as Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentines Day, and Easter, processing times can range from 3-7 business days. Please be assured that we do hire seasonal help during these times to make sure orders are being sent out in a timely manner. The shipping speed you select at checkout is simply the GENERAL speed of the courier. Please factor in processing times in addition to shipping speed.
1-3 business days is not a guarantee, neither is the carrier's estimate. Sometimes delays occur, and we are not responsible for late orders due to the carrier.

We are not responsible for incorrectly input addresses by the customer. Our system prints exactly what the customer inputs in the shipping fields. If your package is undeliverable due to a mistake in your address, Fancy Sprinkles does not offer refunds or exchanges on these packages.
We do not charge a shipping & handling fee like most websites. The price you pay for shipping is the exact price we pay for your label. We do not profit from shipping!

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE ON TIME!
We are not responsible for delays caused by the mail carrier. NO SHIPPING IS GUARANTEED ON ANY SPECIFIC DATE. Mail Carriers notoriously delay packages, reroute them, and cause late deliveries.
We have the same information as you do regarding tracking, unfortunately. If you want more information on the whereabouts of your package, please contact the mail carrier and discuss with them. We do not offer refunds or store credit based on late arrivals that are not at the fault of Fancy Sprinkles™.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
If your package is lost, please contact the the mail carrier to try and locate it. If 30 days passes, and they are still unable to locate your package & the tracking is showing no movement, a store credit will be issued to you for product purchased, minus the cost of shipping. We cannot refund your shipping if the error is caused by the mail carrier. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier cannot be credited.

MY ORDER WAS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT IT'S NOT HERE!!!
Please check your mail box. As obvious as it sounds, the mailbox is where they mostly end up. If that doesn't work, check with your neighbors. 9 times out of 10 the package is with a neighbor. If a package is marked as delivered, we take the word of the carrier, and unfortunately do not offer replacements or refunds on packages that are "delivered".
CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We pride ourselves on shipping orders out as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or edit an order within 2 hours of receiving an order confirmation, please email email@example.com and submit your request. We will do our best to assist you with your request, however there is no guarantee an accommodation can be made. After 2 hours from receiving your order confirmation, this option will no longer be available and no further changes or cancellations can be made.
