Are we still open and accepting orders?
Yes! We are accepting orders and shipping internationally for items we have in stock. We’d recommend ordering to addresses that you know you’ll be able to access, such as your home, as opposed to business addresses that may have restricted access due to state and local mandates. Please note - orders may be delayed in being fulfilled and shipped due to new safety guidelines we have put into place in our warehouse.
Are we experiencing any shipping delays?
Yes, please be aware we’ve temporarily extended our delivery timeframes. It can take up to 5 business days to fulfill and ship your order. Thank you in advance for your patience.
When will your order arrive?
Due to current measures to protect our fulfillment center employees, please expect delays in processing and delivering your order. Orders are generally processed in 1-5 business days. Larger orders may take an additional day or two.
How do you qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping is available to all orders in the USA over $50 before discounts, tax and shipping Free International Shipping for orders over $100 USD before any discounts, tax or shipping costs. All orders with bulk bags do not qualify for our free shipping promotion.
Do you still offer International Shipping?
Yes, we do. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on weight, size and destination. Fancy Sprinkles is not responsible for fees incurred by customs and/or duties.

Our very own Fancy Sprinkles® facility in Los Angeles, California.
Didn't receive your package on time?
While we do our best to process orders quickly, we rely on our shipping partners to get it to you on time. At this time, we cannot offer overnight or 2-day shipping. All delivery dates are approximate when placing an order.
Your package was lost?
It doesn’t happen often, but if your package is lost or the tracking is not working, please send us an email. Unfortunately, we are not able to replace orders that are lost or stolen.
Want to cancel or make changes to your order?
We pride ourselves on shipping orders out as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or edit your order, send us an email to email@example.com. We’ll try our best to help. Unfortunately, after you place an order, we cannot guarantee we will be able to make changes before fulfillment, but will certainly try our best.
Do we accept returns?
Out of an abundance of caution for our employees and our customers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final upon shipping.
