WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
The cost of shipping depends on where you are located, how much your package weighs, and the shipping speed you select at checkout.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders placed Monday - Friday typically ship within 24 hours after your order is placed. We process orders that are placed over the weekend on the next business day.
During our favorite holidays, orders can take 1-3 business days after your order is placed to ship due to increased order volumes.
We try our hardest to get orders out the door as quickly as possible. If you need sprinkles by a certain date, please make sure to order as far in advance as possible.
ONCE SHIPPED, WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Depending on what shipping method you choose during checkout, domestic orders will arrive between 1 - 8 business days.
SHIPPING SERVICES AVAILABLE:
We primarily use USPS for all our shipments, including express shipments.
We do not markup our shipping & handling fee like most websites. The price you pay for shipping is the exact price we pay for your label. We do not profit from shipping!
We do offer international shipping. Delivery times vary based on location, transit times, and customs. Shipping charges do not include customs fees that you may incur prior to delivery.

WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
Our very own Fancy Sprinkles® facility is located near Los Angeles, California.
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE ON TIME!
While we do our best to process orders quickly, we rely on our shipping partners to get it to you on time. If there is a specific day you need your sprinkles, please make you order with enough time to account for processing and shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. All delivery dates are approximate.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
It doesn’t happen often, but if your package is lost or the tracking is not moving forward, send us an email. We do a quick investigation with USPS and if your package still hasn’t been located in 24 hours, we’ll send a replacement.
MY ORDER WAS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT IT'S NOT HERE!!!
Double check in and around your mailbox and with your neighbors. This is most likely the reason you’re missing your package and resolves most of these types of inquiries we get. We’ve even had customers find their packages in the bushes!
If you still can’t locate your package, send us an email. We’ll do a quick investigation with USPS and if your package still hasn’t been located in 24 hours, we’ll send a replacement.
CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?We pride ourselves on shipping orders out as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or edit your order, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours of placing your order. We’ll try our best to help. Unfortunately, after that time we cannot make any changes to your order.
