Guilty Pleasures Strawberry Dipper Kit Recipe

Yields: Approx. 40 small to medium-sized strawberries (or 2.5 lbs of strawberries)
INGREDIENTS
- Guilty Pleasures Strawberry Dipper Kit
- Begonia Red Easy Candy™
- Milk Chocolate Easy Candy™
- Red Room Fancy Sprinkles (4oz)
- Fool's Gold Prism Powder®
- 2-2.5 lbs of Strawberries
INSTRUCTIONS
1. PREP BERRIES
Rinse fresh strawberries and pat dry.
2. MELT EASY CANDY
Pop the Easy Candy bag of quick-melting chips into the microwave for 30-second intervals. Knead bag in between each interval.
3. DIP!
Snip the bag tips and squeeze about 1/2 cup of each color into separate mixing bowls. Dip dry strawberries, one at a time, into your Easy Candy color or flavor of choice, leaving about a ¼ inch border at the stem line.
4. JUST LIKE MAGIC
Repeat the process until all berries are dipped. Allow strawberry candy shells to harden on the Magic Mat.
5. MAKE IT SPARKLE WITH PRSIM POWDER
Dust dipped strawberries with Fool’s Gold Prism Powder.
6. MAKE IT FANCY WITH SPRINKLES
Drizzle the remaining Easy Candy™ over the fruit in a zig-zag fashion. While, Easy Candy is still warm, decorate with Red Room Fancy Sprinkles.
