- Ice Cream Cones [waffle, sugar, or plain]
- Ice cream of choice
- Baking sheet
- Fancy Silicone Baking Mat
- Fancy Brushes, Dusting Pump, or a clean craftbrush
Ice Cream Cone Decorating Kit Instructions
Heat Melting Candy in the microwave according to the bag instructions until smooth. Cut the tip off of the Melting Candy bag. Squeeze 1⁄3 of the warm Melting Candy into a clean, microwave-safe bowl.
Pour half the sprinkles into a separate clean bowl. Line the baking sheet with Silicone Baking Mat or parchment or wax paper and set aside.
Dip the ice cream cones one at a time into the bowl of warm Melting Candy, to coat the rim of the cone. Quickly dip the candy-coated cone into the bowl of sprinkles. Turn the cone to fully coat.
Place each dipped cone upside down on the lined baking sheet. This will allow the sprinkles to set and avoid any flat spots [if placed on their sides].
Repeat steps 3-4 until all cones are dipped. Rewarm additional Melting Candy as needed.
Once the coated cones are hard to the touch, use a clean craft brush or Dusting Pump to apply Edible Glitter. Fill with ice cream, decorate with toppings, and enjoy.
