- Mariah Tree Silicone Mold
- Green Acrylic Popsicle Sticks
- Fancy Sprinkles® O Christmas Tree Cakesicle Kt
- All Wrapped Up Fancy Sprinkles
- Colombian Emerald Prism Powder®
- Optic White Easy Candy™
- Pothos Green Easy Candy™
- 4-5 Store-bought Brownies
- 1-2 TBS Store-bought Icing or Nutella
1. PREPARE FILLING
In a large bowl, take 4-5 store-bought brownies and crumble them down using your hands. Add a Tablespoon of icing or Nutella and mix it together until you get the consistency of soft dough.
2. PREPARE EASY CANDY™
Melt Optic White and Pothos Green Easy Candy™ in 30 second intervals in the microwave. Knead by hand in between each interval until fully melted.
3. ASSEMBLE TREE CAKESICLE BASE
Add a thin layer of Easy Candy to each cavity. Lightly tap the mold to get any air bubbles out. Using your popsicle stick, spread it out and cover the walls of the cavity thoroughly with Easy Candy.
4. SET TREE CAKESICLE BASE
While Easy Candy is still warm, place popsicle sticks half-way into the mold’s cavity. Place mold in the fridge for 5 minutes.
5. ADD FILLING
Once the base is fully dry, add the prepared filling to each cavity. Make sure to flatten down any filling so the top is smooth.
6. COVER FILLING
Add Easy Candy over the filling layer. Be careful not to over fill the mold. Easy Candy should be flush with the top of the mold. Wipe away any excess candy coating with your spatula.
7. SET TREE CAKESICLE
Place Easy Candy-sealed Mariah mold in the fridge for 5 minutes.
8. REMOVE TREE CAKESICLES
Gently remove each tree out of the mold by gently pulling the sides of the mold away from your treat while gently pushing it out of the mold.
9. MAKE IT SPARKLE WITH PRISM POWDER®
Using a paintbrush dust Colombian Green Prism Powder® edible glitter over the entire tree.
9. MAKE IT FANCY WITH SPRINKLES
Pour All Wrapped Up Fancy Sprinkles in a large bowl. Using Easy Candy™ as a “glue,” stick sprinkles on your trees to decorate as desired.
